Get the right support

You’ve got the best outfit on and yet something seems off. You’ve probably committed a bra crime! About 70-80% of women continue to wear bras that give them breast bulges, back fat,or so much padding they’ve become a size 36. Wearing the wrong size can cause discomfort in the chest or back pain due to the weight of the breasts pulling the bra up at the back. The bra may also rub and irritate the skin. So the most important detail know your bra size. Find a fitting expert at the department store or do it yourself. Remember, your bra size can change, especially after pregnancy.

To determine your bra size measure your band size while wearing a bra, stand up straight and breathe normally. Place the measuring tape around the rib cage, directly below the bust line. If the measurement is an even number, add 4 inches,Example: 34”+4”=38’. If the measurement is odd 5 inches, Example: 31”+5”= 36”

To measure your cup, place the measuring tape under your arms and over the fullest part of your bust. The difference between this measurement and the band size ( including the 4 or 5 inches) is equivalent to your cup size. Example: If the size is 34” and the fullest part of the bust measures 33”, the difference is one inch smaller. Hence, the bra size is 34A for adults.
